Are you Licensed & Insured?
Yes, EDG is a licensed, National Standard General Building Contractor – level (A) by the ICC. Each of our projects are insured individually through our licensed insurance brokers.
I want to build, but I don’t know where to start?
You have come to the right place! Our professional consultants can help you through the process, one step at a time. We will first start in the conception phase, where designs meet paper, and budgets come into reality. If you are past this point, not to worry… we can jump in at any phase of any project. Lets discuss your needs today!
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We understand that changes can happen in the field and we are flexible to assist in those changes, no matter where we are in the project. Proposal and project changes must be approved in writing.
How does billing work?
EDG can hold construction loans and disperse bank draws to subcontractors for an approved project. For larger scale projects, billing terms are outlined by lending institutions and payments are not dispersed until inspections have been passed for various stages on each project. For smaller scale projects, billing terms are net 30.
